Romney, Miles Pratt, 1903-1980.

Miles Pratt Romney was born in Colonia Dublan in Chihuahua, Mexico. He was the grandson of one of the original settlers of the Mormon colonies in Mexico. He was raised there until in 1912 when his family was driven out of the country during the Revolution of 1912.
